Improve lecturers' understanding of the characteristics, challenges and needs of IEP students at the Ministry of Education, apply innovative teaching methods suitable for low-ability students, develop interesting, relevant and effective learning materials based on the CEFR, implement assessments that can continuously improve student performance, and integrate soft skills elements into the IEP teaching process.
